At VisioFix, we provide digital subscription services that enable users to remove unwanted objects from photos using advanced AI. Since our services are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after purchase, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Digital Products and Services
All purchases on VisioFix (subscriptions, tokens, and credits) are non-refundable once access has been granted, as they constitute digital services that cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same plan.
- Technical Issues on Our Side: If VisioFix experiences a verified service-wide outage that prevents you from using your subscription or purchased tokens.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used fraudulently without your authorization (proof required).
3. No Refunds for the Following
We cannot issue refunds in cases such as:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not use the service during your subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with results due to subjective preferences (since our AI-generated results may vary depending on photo quality, complexity, and environment).
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under the exceptions above, you must:
- Contact our support team at support@visiofix.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your full name, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

VisioFix reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
